Currently under construction, this vineyard project in collaboration with Terry&Terry Architecture is a rebirth from the 2017 Tubbs fire. Perched on the ridge of the Mayacamas Mountain Range, at 2,300 ft. elevation, the Cavedale site provides stunning eagle eye views. With an extremely bold and contemporary design, the structure utilized most of the pre-existing foundation. The new elongated form of the second floor is a direct interplay with the interweaving structure of the vineyard grape vines, adjacent to the property.
A guest house is connected to the main house by way of a lath promenade/bridge. South of the main house, the pool house/pavilion stretches out toward the main vineyard slope and anchors the pool area that sits between the three structures.
